ZAST Week 1

So, I officially began my training plan for 2012. Yeah, hopefully I'll stick to it and finally survive a Zombie Apocalypse and look good doing it. 

Monday
I did a mile today. I alternated between running and walking, since it is hard on my chest (damn you asthma). My school track is 1 mile= 6 laps. I'm able to run three laps which is a half of mile. Yet, they aren't consistent. Kinda makes me sad, but it's a start. Then I did 30 minutes of leg and ab workouts. I really don't want to strain my body since I do have to walk everywhere at my college. For lunch, I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on rye and for dinner, I had a small soup and a half of a turkey sandwich on chibata. Yeah, I know I'm heavy on the breads, but it's either sandwiches or heavy breaded or fried foods. I'll take the sandwiches. 

Tuesday
So much pain. My legs hurt like no one's business. Didn't get to run today. I feel so out of shape. Zombies would've ate me alive if a Zombie Attack happened today. Tomorrow should be much better, even though I'll prolly still be in pain. I ate the leftovers of my soup (making it a small soup) and the other half of my turkey sandwich for lunch. For dinner, I had a grill cheese sandwich and a bowl of ramen. I know it was kinda unhealthy, but I plan on working it off.

Wednesday
Um, my legs were hurting before I ran and now they are still hurting after my run. I'll prolly not be able to move my legs in the morning, but I'm gonna force myself to go to bed early and wake up to run. The more I get my body adjusted to running, the better it will be when I wanna do at least a half of mile of pure running, instead of run, walk, run, and so on. I also worked on my arms. Yeah, there killing me already, so I'm expecting of arm pain in the morning. For lunch I had one grilled pork chop, a small salad, and an apple. I'm trying to get on a more healthier food outlook. For dinner, I had six popcorn chicken, some broccoli and an orange. Yay for healthy eating and ZAST training.

Thursday
I actually got up early in the morning and run. It was raining and cold and I didn't want to go, but my mom convinced me to. Um, I actually ate breakfast for once. I had four french toast sticks and two turkey sausage links. For lunch I had an Asian chicken wrap, which was absolutely amazing. For dinner, not so much. I had a grilled cheese sandwich and some fries. Not good right. Ehh, I sucked that day.

Friday
Meh.... today I didn't get to do jackshit. I had too much cleaning that I had to do before I went home. For lunch, I had one fish fillet and a small salad. For dinner, I had four White Castle hamburgers. Mkay, many people will argue that I was bad for having four hamburgers, but it's White Castle and it's absolutely amazing to have them.


Saturday
My mommy cooked breakfast today! I had some grits, with two turkey sausages, and one half of an English muffin with some jelly. It was really good. I didn't get to run today since it was kinda a lazy day. From dinner, my mom and I went to dinner at O'Charleys. I had half of a Cajun Chicken Pasta. I'm definitely gonna run tomorrow, since I didn't do it today or Friday.
